1 graham cracker crust
1 16 oz carton fat free sour cream
2 small packages instant sugarfree vanilla pudding mix (use dry mix)
8 oz can crushed pineapple in it's own juice
Fat Free cool whip
Mix sour cream, dry pudding mix, and pineapple (with juice) together in mixing bowl with mixer. Pour into graham cracker crust and top with fat free cool whip. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to set.
You can change this up as you wish. I have used lemon pudding mix with real lemon juice instead of pineapple or I have used chocolate pudding and a little skim milk for chocolate. Use your imagination. Mmmm Good! and low cal to boot. Great for diabetics too!
