1/4 cup Egg Beaters or other Egg subsitute.
1/2 cup total of the following veggies.
chopped bell pepper
onion
tomato
1/3 oz of shredded cheese. (about a pinch)
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat up.
Add Vegetables to pan and saute' (cook for 1 or 2 minutes stirring a bit)
add egg subsitute and cheese and cook for aprox 5 minutes or untill done to personal taste.
makes 1 omelette.. double to make 2 at a time.
Note: if you use 1 large beaten egg instead of egg beaters the cal count will be aprox. 170.
