APPLE CAKE-OLD FAMILY RECIPE

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla extract
6 c Golden delicious apples; cho
2 ts Baking powder
2 tb Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
Raisins; optional

Mix wet ingredients, add apples, flour and other dry ingredients and raisins (up to about 1/2 cup).

Bake 325 for 1 hr.

Use 9x13x3 greased pan
