Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 5 to 6 oz. (If you a GT 101 I'd recommend about 5 oz.. Or 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast cut in half. (just so long as it fits into your cooking base.

aprox 1/2 cup of your favorite barbeque sauce.

Cooking Instructions

makes 2 servings

1. Preheat GT Xpress and spray with non stick spray.

(note I recommend using the full circle pan insert or divider insert for this recipe)

2. Take a sharp knife and cut 3 or 4 slashs longways down the top of your chicken breasts about half way through..

3. lightly coat chicken with barbeque sauce and place into cooking base with groved side down and cook for 5 minutes.

4. lightly coat bottom of chicken with barbeque sauce, flip chicken and coat groved side of chicken with a heavier coating.

5. cook 10 minutes more, (optional. at this point I drain the juices out of my pan as I tend to like my chicken drier.)

6. add another coating of barbeque sauce over chicken and cook 3 more minutes..

if chicken is still pink inside cook until its white.
