2 chicken breast cutlets thin sliced approx 4 to 5 oz.
Pepper and garlic powder to taste.
1 1/2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
a jar of dry roasted red pepper
1. Preheat Gt Xpress and spray with non stick cooking spray.
2. place chicken 1 peace at a time in a plastic baggie or other wrap and pound flat with a mallet.
3. Season to taste with pepper and garlic powder.
4. pat dry some pieces of the dry roasted red pepper and place in center of chicken.
5. Sprinkle 3/4 oz of cheddar cheese over pepper.
6. roll chicken up (but not extremely tightly) and place into GT Xpress cooking base..
7. cook for 5 to 7 minutes until chicken is done.
