2 aprox 5 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut
1 cup instant stuffing mix, divided into 1/2 cups
1/4 cup hot water
1 tablespoon soft margarine
1. Pre-heat and spray with cooking spray.
2. Mix 1/2 cup stuffing mix, 1/4 water and the margin in a small bowl.
3. place remaining stuffing mix on a plate and crush.
4. Slice each chicken breast 3/4 of the way through butterfly style and open it up.
5. put half of prepared stuffing on each chicken breast and fold close.
6. Then roll each breast in crushed stuffing crumbs and place one piece of chicken in cooking base.
7. Cook 15 minutes or more until chicken is no longer pink, or until meat thermometer reaches 170° + F
