1 burrito size Flour Tortilla.
2 oz of leftover Taco Beef
1 oz of chedder cheese
1 slice of onion chopped..
Pre-heat GT Xpress Redi-set-go.
Use the full cooking area, or a full circle insert.
1. Microwave flour Tortilla with damp paper towel to make it soft and foldable.
2. lay flour tortilla on plate and add taco meat, onions, and chedder cheese in center.
3. Fold over outside edges towards the middle to cover all the ingredients. ( 5 folds or so see photo in my cook book for details.
4. place with folded side of Cripy-Melt down into cooking well, close and cook 4 minutes. then flip and cook another 4 minutes.. cook longer each side for even crispier texture.
Optional Ideas.
cook or serve with a hot or medium salsa for more kick.
