Betty crocker pizza crust mix or similar mix
pizza sauce
onion
Mozzarella cheese

The betty crocker mix will make 4 small thin pizza crusts or 3 thicker ones.

I make this for two so I typicaly only make half the mix at a time. If your mix is too sticky mix in some flour till its just right.

Shape your pizza crust to fit into your Xpress RSG.

Add your pizza sauce, amount to personal taste.

cut small slice of onion and spread over pizza

Sprinkle 3/4 ounce of Mozzarella cheese over pizza.

Cook untill done. For me that is aprox 7 minutes.
