2 Small 6" Mission Flour Tortillas
3 Tablespoons of Salsa... mild or hot...
1 oz of Taco blend Cheese.. ( approx 2 large pinchs..
1 slice of onion.

This can be made in the GT Xpress 101 or the GT RSG with the dividor pan. (on on your electric grill) I also make mine in my RSG without any pans but then I can only make them one at a time...

Lay out Flour Tortilla's

put 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of salso on each..

Half a slice of onion

then a 1/2 oz (a good pinch) of cheese on each.

fold in half and place in your GT Xpress to cook..

cook 2 to 4 minutes or untill done to personal preference..

remove, serve and eat

caution filling is hot..
