1/4 cup Bell Pepper in thin slices. (add some hot peppers if you want to perk up the dish.)
1 tablespoon butter
2/3 cup instant rice
2/3 cup chicken broth
1. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and preheat RSG.
2. add butter and Pepper to Redi-set-go and saute for 2 or 3 minutes, open lid halfway through to stir once.
3. Add Rice and mix in broth.
4. Cook for 2 minutes then swithc off and let stand 5 minutes or more as needed and serve.
