This Recipe is originally called Choccolate cake for Two and is prob. the most famous of the infomericial recipes for the GT Xpress RSG and GT 101. But it can also be cooked in the oven in a small cake pan.
Each serving has aprox 125 cal.
12 Minutes to Prepare and Cook
3/4 cup (about 110g) of chocolate cake mix. I used triple fudge chocolate. which has 170 cal per serving or per every 44g of cake mix.
1 egg
1/4 cup water
Makes 4 small servings of cake aprox 1.6 ounce's each.
Mix cake mix, egg and water in bowl untill smooth.
1/4 of cooked cake equal's 1 serving for the nutritional info for this recipe.
For GT Redi-set-go, and GT 101
Use full circle cooking well or your Divider pan for best results but any other pan will work also though cooking times may vary a little. (GT 101 use cooking well as pans are GT redi set go specific)
Spray with non fat cooking spray.
pour batter into cooking area.
cook for aprox 7 mins.
cake is done when toothpick comes out clean
Oven instructions.
Same as above only use a small cake pan, or cupcake pan for baking.
Bake in oven at 325 to 350 untill done.
