2 large eggs beaten
2 tablespoons salsa hot
1 1/2 oz of shredded Monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers.
Hot sauce (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Pre-heat GT RSG with divider pan or GT 101

2. Spary with non stick cooking spray.

3. pour half of eggs into each well.

4. put 1 tablespoon salsa and 3/4 oz of cheese in each well on top of eggs. add hot sauce as an option.

5 close and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until eggs are done.
